About the role#
The Product Management MBA Intern will support the Power Solutions & Distribution business at Vertiv. You will assist with product strategy, portfolio management, market analysis, and growth initiatives. Working closely with the Product Management team, you will contribute to strategic projects that support business growth, profitability, and new product development. This role provides hands-on experience in managing a global technology product portfolio for data center and critical infrastructure markets.
What you'll do#
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to identify growth opportunities and product strategy recommendations.
- Analyze product portfolio performance, revenue trends, and profitability drivers.
- Support the evaluation of emerging technologies and new market opportunities.
- Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for new product or feature investments.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify unmet needs and product improvement opportunities.
- Assist with product roadmap development, portfolio planning, and commercial launch planning.
- Create executive-level presentations for business leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program with expected graduation within 12-24 months.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable business recommendations.
- Ability to work independently.
