About the role#
As an intern on the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, you will support efforts to lead the people side of change for strategic initiatives and enterprise-wide transformations. This includes process re-engineering, business operating model implementations, ERP rollouts, and digital transformations. You will assist leadership in designing and executing strategies that help employees understand, embrace, and embed changes into daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and execution of change management strategies and key deliverables like stakeholder analysis, user readiness, and adoption metrics.
- Help define and manage an organizational effectiveness framework within the IT organization, focusing on employee experience, communication, and team alignment.
- Partner with HR on employee experience initiatives such as leadership development and engagement surveys.
- Assist leadership with presentations, messaging, digital newsletters, and SharePoint content.
- Support the design, launch, and operation of a Change Management Center of Expertise to build organizational capability.
- Align change efforts across HR, Communications, Operations, and other functions while contributing to OCM standards and tools.
What you'll need#
- An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or Industrial Psychology.
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or Industrial Psychology currently in progress.
- Background and experience in business, communications, organizational development, or organizational change management frameworks.
