About the role#
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our team for the summer of 2027. This role provides exposure to various facets of operations management and offers hands-on experience in a professional environment. You will work on data and analytics projects that support our operational goals.
What you'll do#
- Build data structures and data lake intake methods to support future analytics tools.
- Collaborate with team members to find inefficiencies in operational processes and propose improvements.
- Collect, analyze, and present data related to key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Prepare reports to track progress and identify trends.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational processes, procedures, and compliance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python, including experience with libraries like Pandas or NumPy.
- A foundational understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Preferred experience includes Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Excel, and data pipeline development.
