About the role#
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our team for the Summer 2027 term. You will support engineering activities for liquid cooling systems in data center applications. This includes work on Secondary Fluid Networks, Coolant Distribution Units, and related piping systems.
What you'll do#
- Support mechanical design activities for SFN and CDU units.
- Assist with CAD layouts, technical drawings, and bills of materials.
- Help with engineering documentation and technical research.
- Support component selection, prototype builds, and testing.
- Assist with supplier coordination and cross-functional engineering tasks.
- Contribute to product development and continuous improvement projects.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a final-year degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- You have an interest in fluid mechanics, heat transfer, piping, HVAC, or thermal systems.
- Exposure to CAD tools like Creo, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD is preferred.
- You have an interest in data center cooling and mechanical system design.
- You possess good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Relevant coursework, lab experience, or previous projects in thermal or fluid systems are a plus.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Westerville, Ohio.
- This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
