About the role#
The IT Systems Product Management Intern supports the Product Management team in driving portfolio growth, market analysis, and sales enablement initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to product lifecycle management, data center infrastructure technologies, and cross-functional business operations. You will work alongside product leaders, sales teams, engineering, and supply chain organizations.
What you'll do#
- Research competitive IT infrastructure products and solutions.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
- Support the development of pricing recommendations and promotional strategies.
- Track and report key performance indicators across product categories.
- Assist in creating customer-facing presentations, sales tools, and training materials.
- Develop product positioning and value proposition messaging.
- Participate in customer and channel research activities.
- Coordinate tasks across Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Assist with project tracking and status reporting.
- Gather data for strategic planning and business reviews.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
