About the role#
We are looking for a summer intern to join our Oracle CPQ team. You will gain hands-on experience with enterprise quoting and pricing technology. This role involves working on projects that affect business efficiency and revenue operations. You will work directly with our team to learn how technology supports business processes.
What you'll do#
- Configure and maintain product rules, pricing models, and quote workflows within Oracle CPQ Cloud.
- Develop and test quote document templates and layouts.
- Identify and implement process improvements for the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
- Participate in data quality initiatives, such as product catalog cleanup and validation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and business processes.
- Assist with user acceptance testing for new features.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and IT teams to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Support reporting and analytics efforts related to system performance and quoting activity.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team environment.
- A self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Coursework or experience in business process analysis, sales operations, or systems administration is a plus.
