About the role#
This graduate-level internship offers hands-on experience by solving real business opportunities within the Human Resources department. You will own defined projects from start to finish, contribute to HR initiatives, and present your results to leadership. Successful completion of this program may lead to future consideration for our three-year HR Leadership Development Program.
What you'll do#
- Assist the HR department with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Plan, execute, and complete assigned special projects.
- Support your manager with ongoing business project work.
- Gain industry knowledge through daily interactions and job assignments.
- Perform additional duties as required to support HR functions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master’s degree program for Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A demonstrated work ethic and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
