About the role#
The Human Resources Intern will support the HR department with administrative and operational tasks. You will gain hands-on experience by solving real business challenges and working on defined projects from start to finish. This summer internship offers the opportunity to contribute to HR initiatives and present your results to leadership. Successful completion of this role may lead to consideration for the 3-year HR Leadership Development Program.
What you'll do#
- Assist the HR department with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Plan, execute, and complete assigned special projects.
- Gain industry knowledge through daily business interactions.
- Support your assigned manager with project work.
- Participate in additional duties as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master's degree program in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A demonstrated work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Westerville, Ohio.
- The term is Summer 2027.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
