About the role#
The Engineering Intern for AC Power supports our Technical Sales Engineering team. You will work alongside Application Engineers to develop technical solutions, configure products, and assist with proposal development. This role provides exposure to customer requirements analysis and cross-functional collaboration. It is a good fit for students interested in engineering, technical sales, or customer-facing roles.
What you'll do#
- Learn the fundamentals of our AC Power product solutions.
- Assist Technical Sales Engineers in developing solutions based on customer requirements and Requests for Proposals.
- Support quote and proposal generation using our internal configurators and development tools.
- Help with product selection, equipment configuration, and the preparation of technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, manufacturing, and sales teams to support customer opportunities.
- Assist with post-sale technical support as needed.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on your project work and technical analysis.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program for engineering or computer science. Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present technical information clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically spreadsheets and databases.
- Fluency in English, including the ability to use technical terminology.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time position.
- Travel: You may be required to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
