About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our Core Engineering team as a Design Engineering Intern. This role provides hands-on experience with hardware and firmware development. You will work on design engineering, test engineering, and the integration of generative AI tools.
What you'll do#
- Develop firmware and software for an embedded Yoto Linux environment.
- Create new features and software using generative AI tools.
- Use Agile development methods for product design and testing.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, resolve discrepancies, and work with the team to fix issues.
- Research new trends in data analytics to improve your technical skills.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A detail-oriented work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
