About the role#
The Versant Summer Internship program provides students with the chance to build foundational skills and gain experience in how a modern media organization operates. Interns will work on projects across our entertainment and sports-focused businesses, including Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, and Full Swing. You will have the opportunity to engage with the intern community and participate in professional development sessions throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Support teams focused on moviegoing, streaming, consumer marketing, partnerships, sales, and audience engagement.
- Contribute to teams focused on golf technology, fan engagement, marketing, sales, and digital experiences.
- Support campaigns, ad sales, product development, programming, and customer experiences.
- Help build platforms, partnerships, and content that make entertainment more accessible and engaging.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree-granting program or a graduation date in Spring 2027.
- Sophomore class standing or above (minimum 30 credits), with junior standing preferred.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Strong interest in the media industry, along with previous internship or on-campus involvement.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site at our office in Carlsbad, California.
- The role is a full-time, paid internship at an hourly rate of $19.00.
- Our Carlsbad office features amenities including an on-site gym, yoga classes, chair massages, and access to golf simulators.
