About the role#
This is a full-time, 10-week summer internship for the Verizon Consumer Group. You will work on real-world projects within multi-disciplinary Agile Pods. The role is designed for students who want to gain experience in an AI-first ecosystem while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Agile Pods to design, test, and execute customer marketing strategies.
- Ideate creative customer segmentation, targeting, and personalized engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with analytics and channel execution teams to turn customer insights into marketing campaigns.
- Work on impactful projects that contribute to business goals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Good academic standing.
- Ability to work full-time for 10 weeks between June 2027 and August 2027.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
- Willingness to travel and relocate if necessary.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience designing end-to-end customer journeys using dynamic pricing, predictive value, or complex MarTech stacks.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, and NotebookLM.
- Preferred majors include Marketing, Digital Media & Marketing, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based campaign execution.
- Experience driving cross-functional projects using data-backed reasoning and systems thinking.

- Location: Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (includes work from home and assigned office days).
- Compensation: $25.00 per hour.
- Benefits: Eligible for the 401(k) Savings Plan with company match and holiday pay.
