About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to work on a strategic assignment during the summer of 2027. You will help meet the financial needs of our clients and identify insights that influence how people invest. The role involves working within a team environment to tackle business challenges, build investment acumen, and integrate into our professional network.
What you'll do#
- Lead projects from inception through implementation, including defining scope, requirements, and timelines.
- Conduct detailed research and analysis on business models and product opportunities.
- Interpret complex internal and external data to derive key insights.
- Refine your leadership impact and presentation skills through formal training and feedback.
- Participate in discussions regarding business issues and opportunities.
- Engage in ongoing personal and professional development.
What you'll need#
- An undergraduate degree and current enrollment in an MBA program, with a graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- At least 5 years of work experience post-undergraduate studies, showing a progression of responsibility.
- Exposure to strategy, consulting, or business analytics.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to explore diverse challenges.
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to influence others at all levels.
- Clear communication skills and a deep interest in investment management.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
- The program runs for 10 weeks starting in May or June 2027.
- The work modality is hybrid, with in-office collaboration required Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
