About the role#
The College to Corporate IT Internship is a full-time, paid summer program. You will gain hands-on experience building technology solutions for web, mobile, and internal platforms. This program includes project work, mentorship, and structured professional development.
What you'll do#
- Design, build, and enhance applications for internal systems and client-facing platforms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Work in an Agile/LEAN team environment using modern tools.
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business partners to deliver solutions.
- Contribute ideas and solve problems independently or as part of a team.
- Build professional connections with peers, mentors, and leaders.
- Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to support your growth.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Interest in application development, such as web, mobile, or backend systems.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills or aspirations.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.
