About the role#
The College to Corporate IT Internship is a 10-week summer program focused on application development. You will work on real-world projects to build and deliver technology solutions for our web, mobile, and internal systems. The program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured professional development to help you grow your technical and leadership skills.
What you'll do#
- Design, build, and enhance applications that support our internal systems and client platforms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Use modern tools and technologies within an Agile/LEAN team environment.
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business partners to deliver solutions.
- Contribute ideas, solve problems, and drive project outcomes.
- Build professional connections with peers, mentors, and leaders.
- Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to support your growth.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A strong interest in application development, such as web, mobile, or backend systems.
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and the ability to learn new things.
- Leadership skills or clear leadership aspirations.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May/June start).
