About the role#
This is a full-time, paid 10-week summer internship for Summer 2027. You will work within an Agile/LEAN team environment to support our internal systems and client-facing platforms. We provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support your professional growth throughout the term.
What you'll do#
- Design, build, and enhance software applications.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business partners to deliver technical solutions.
- Contribute ideas and solve problems while working both independently and with your team.
- Build professional connections with peers, mentors, and leaders across the company.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Interest in application development, such as web, mobile, or backend systems.
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills or aspirations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
