About the role#
The Social Work department at the University of Wyoming is hiring an Office Aide to provide administrative and clerical support to faculty and staff. This is a paid, part-time position for students who have received a work study award. You will gain experience in office management, time management, and interpersonal communication.
What you'll do#
- Support faculty and staff with clerical, administrative, and program-related tasks.
- Create and post social media content to promote student activities, events, and programs.
- Use Canva to design professional flyers, promotional materials, and visual graphics.
- Assist with special projects, outreach efforts, and event coordination as needed.
What you'll need#
- You must be eligible for and have accepted a work study award through Student Financial Aid.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using Canva and an eye for design.
- A consistent work ethic and strong attention to detail.
Location & details#
- This role is located on-site at the College of Health Sciences in Laramie, Wyoming.
- The pay rate is $13.00 per hour.
- This is a part-time position with a rolling term.
