About the role#
The Compliance, Proposals, Agreements and Strategic Services (COMPASS) team at the University of Wyoming is seeking an intern to provide administrative support. This role involves assisting with daily office operations and serving as a point of contact for the department.
What you'll do#
- Monitor the front desk and answer incoming telephone calls.
- Manage data entry tasks and maintain filing systems.
- Handle document processing, including copying, scanning, and attaching files to various systems.
- Route emails and assist with general office errands.
- Provide customer service by answering questions from campus visitors and staff.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple administrative tasks.
- A professional and helpful customer service attitude.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Political Science, or Sociology is preferred.
