About the role#
The Transfer Agency Operations Team handles transaction processing for Registered Fund clients, including account setups and ongoing maintenance. As an intern, you will join the daily products operations team to learn the legal and compliance requirements for investor accounts, such as trust documents and authorized signer lists.
What you'll do#
- Process physical investor correspondence including purchase checks, applications, maintenance requests, and transfer documents.
- Learn to use Envision Financial Systems Processing software.
- Maintain accurate demographic information for investor accounts.
- Complete projects in collaboration with various teams within Registered Funds.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program.
Location & details#
- Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Schedule: Summer 2027, from late May to late July.
- Work Modality: On-site Monday through Thursday, remote on Fridays.
- Employment: Full time, paid internship.
