About the role#
The Institutional Custody Administration team provides services to global and domestic institutional clients. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in client servicing, oversight, and administration. You will work with internal teams to support the delivery of custody services.
What you'll do#
- Act as a primary or secondary contact for assigned custody clients.
- Oversee activity related to client accounts.
- Facilitate domestic and global trade activity and monitor settlements.
- Coordinate with clients, internal operations, and external vendors.
- Instruct and monitor money movements.
- Provide requested reporting and assist with problem resolution.
- Support audit requests and documentation.
- Follow department policies to manage risk.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
- Academic focus in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
