About the role#
The Events & Sponsorships team manages large sponsorships and client event experiences. This includes strategic planning, internal and external communications, and coordination with vendors. You will support sponsorship activation campaigns and client events across all lines of business. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the strategic planning cycle, including budget and project management.
- Coordinate communications and develop advertising and branding materials.
- Assist with measurement reporting.
- Support sponsorship activation projects.
- Catalog sponsorship and marketing assets.
- Help with the preparation, planning, and on-site execution of client event experiences.
- Attend team planning meetings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program.
- Experience in marketing communication, sponsorship support, event coordination, marketing research, or advertising.
- Majors in Marketing or Communications are preferred.

- Compensation: $33,786 - $49,698 per year.
