    About the role#

    UC Health is hiring a Part Time Student Helper II for the Float Pool. This role is based at the UC Health Business Center and involves 20 hours of work per week on the first shift.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist in developing and implementing compliance auditing and monitoring strategies.
    • Conduct on-site regulatory compliance audits.
    • Collect and maintain data from chart reviews, unit self-audits, and Epic electronic audits.
    • Manage data and produce reports that identify deficiencies.
    • Develop compliance audit tools for the regulatory department and unit-specific self-assessments.
    • Provide support regarding policies, procedures, and training requirements.
    • Work with the Accreditation Analyst and other leadership to maintain compliance.
    • Stay current on Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and The Joint Commission requirements.

    What you'll need#

    • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a health care related field is preferred.
    • 1 to 2 years of equivalent experience.
