About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship program for Summer 2027. You will work on-site at our facility in Shoreview, Minnesota. The program lasts approximately 12 weeks, with a schedule of 40 hours per week. You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
What you'll do#
- Support manufacturing engineering projects focused on product quality, operational efficiency, and process improvement.
- Work with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
- Create, revise, and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, drawings, and Bills of Materials.
- Analyze data to investigate issues and identify process improvements.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and problem-solving sessions.
- Assist with the implementation of engineering changes and process updates.
- Gain exposure to manufacturing tools, systems, and processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- High attention to detail and a self-motivated approach to learning.
- Experience with CAD software and technical drawings is preferred.

- Location: Shoreview, MN.
- Schedule: Full-time, Summer 2027.
- Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on qualifications.
