About the role#
We are looking for a driven Sales Intern to join our team for the Summer 2027 term. This is a paid, full-time, 8-10 week internship based in our New York City office. You will gain direct exposure to how a high-growth firm builds relationships with major buy and sell-side institutions while learning the mechanics of corporate bond trading.
What you'll do#
- Develop a working understanding of our client base, their needs, and how the corporate bond market operates.
- Sit alongside sales professionals during live client conversations and internal strategy sessions to observe how deals move forward.
- Take ownership of real, meaningful projects that support the Sales team.
- Identify and implement ways to improve our sales workflows.
- Build and deliver a final presentation to the team, sharing your insights and what you have learned during the summer.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- An undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to synthesize data to support business and client strategy.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to turn raw information into succinct, visually appealing decks.

- Location: New York City, New York (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: $30 - $38 per hour, depending on academic standing, experience, and qualifications.
- This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
