About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship for law students. You will work with Travelers Staff Counsel attorneys, support staff, and business partners. The position provides hands-on experience and mentoring throughout the summer. This role is a temporary assignment running for ten to twelve weeks from June 2027 to August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Conduct legal research.
- Prepare discovery documents.
- Draft briefs and motions.
- Observe proceedings in various courts.
- Attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, court appearances, and trials or hearings.
- Receive feedback on your assignments from attorneys and staff.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited law school.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. Please note that the company does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.

- Location: Diamond Bar, California.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week.
