About the role#
Travelers is hiring a Legal Intern for a full-time summer position in St. Louis. This role offers hands-on experience in the insurance industry over a ten to twelve week period from June 2027 to August 2027. You will work a 40-hour week while receiving mentoring and substantive feedback on your assignments.
What you'll do#
- Conduct legal research and prepare discovery materials.
- Draft briefs and motions for various legal matters.
- Observe proceedings in court, including trials, hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Work alongside Staff Counsel attorneys, support staff, and business partners.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited law school.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. Please note that this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
