About the role#
The Bond & Specialty Insurance Underwriting Professional Development Program Internship offers a look into the property and casualty insurance industry. You will gain experience in how underwriters evaluate financial risk and manage business portfolios. This program lasts 10 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Complete project work and core assignments to build your knowledge of underwriting, sales, and marketing.
- Work with a designated coach throughout the program.
- Use modern analytical and artificial intelligence tools.
- Apply critical thinking to assess the quality and accuracy of AI-assisted outputs.
- Participate in the Enterprise Internship experience, including an Executive Speaker Series, networking events, and the Rising Senior Intern Symposium.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Marketing.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
