About the role#
Toshiba International Corporation is looking for an intern to support the UPS Field Service organization. This role focuses on data management, documentation, and system updates. You will gain experience in business operations and information systems within a technical environment.
What you'll do#
- Link and organize UPS systems and ancillary equipment records.
- Review service information to ensure records are complete and accurate.
- Update Salesforce with current Authorized Service Provider information.
- Review, label, and upload field service documentation into SharePoint and Salesforce.
- Perform data cleanup and validation projects to improve record consistency.
- Identify missing or outdated information and work with team members to resolve discrepancies.
- Support general administrative activities for the field service team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of information.
- Ability to learn new software and internal business processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, or other CRM and document-management systems is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.

- This position is located in Houston, Texas.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship with a rolling schedule.
