This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on engineering experience within the power electronics sector. You will work on software-based projects, including remote monitoring, UPS development, motor controller development, and electronic commutated motor development. Throughout the term, you will collaborate directly with experienced professionals and observe how engineering teams deliver technical success.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, and test software-based products.
- Contribute to projects focused on UPS, motor controller, and electronic commutated motor development.
- Participate in remote monitoring software initiatives.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers to support project delivery.
- Develop professional skills under the supervision and guidance of experienced mentors.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Electrical or Computer Engineering program at an accredited college or university.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a culturally diverse team environment.

- Location: Northwest Houston, TX.
- Term: Summer 2026.
