Field Service Project Manager Intern

About the role#

The Field Service Project Manager Intern will support the Field Service Asset Management program at Toshiba International Corporation. This role focuses on improving service efficiency by analyzing repair data, identifying trends in component or workmanship faults, and developing tracking systems to manage departmental repair and fault KPIs.

What you'll do#

• Assist in developing the Asset Management Tracking System program.
• Gather requirements from cross-functional teams to inform system development.
• Document workflows and organize data structures.
• Support data integration efforts across warranties, costs, trends, and assets.
• Review TOSHcare services, reconditioning, upgrades, and modifications to analyze first-time fix rates.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and comfort working with data and documentation.
• Preferred: Exposure to Power BI, workflow mapping, or basic database concepts.

• Location: Houston, Texas.
• This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship with a rolling term.
