About the role#
The Mechanical Engineering Intern will work on projects focused on the design and development of systems related to industrial power electronics. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on engineering experience and observe how engineering teams collaborate to deliver results.

- Collaborate directly with engineers and professionals in a team environment.
- Develop professional skills under the supervision and guidance of experienced staff.
- Perform duties with a focus on safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage your own workload and prioritize tasks to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Mechanical Engineering program at an accredited college or university.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Mechanical analysis experience and solid mechanical aptitude.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with personnel from diverse backgrounds.
- 3D CAD experience is a plus, with a preference for Pro/ENGINEER.
