Field Service Applications Engineer Intern

About the role#

The Field Service Applications Engineer Intern acts as a technical resource for customers, distributors, agencies, and the internal sales team. This role focuses on the design, application, and performance of industrial products, allowing you to gain practical engineering experience under the guidance of experienced professionals.

What you'll do#

• Provide detailed technical support and product troubleshooting to customers.
• Collaborate directly with engineers and other professionals to support project delivery.
• Participate in on-site training sessions in Houston, Texas.
• Develop professional skills through mentorship and hands-on exposure to integrated manufacturing and engineering processes.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering program at an accredited college or university.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week at the Northwest Houston office.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a culturally diverse team environment.
