Field Service Intern

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid summer 2026 internship based in Houston, Texas. You will support the engineering training team by managing e-learning content, maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), and ensuring training records remain audit-ready. This role is designed to increase throughput for engineering training operations during peak workloads.

What you'll do#

• Assist with uploading, testing, and publishing engineering-related e-learning modules.
• Maintain user accounts, course enrollments, and curriculum assignments within the LMS.
• Provide first-level support to interns, engineers, and managers navigating the training platform.
• Generate training completion reports for engineering leads and HR.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to update technical training materials and SOPs.
• Contribute ideas to improve the user experience of engineering training programs.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Instructional Design, Education Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on assignments.
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems.
• Clear communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
