About the role#
We are looking for a Project Analyst Intern to join our team in Toronto for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid internship where you will work alongside Project Managers to support project delivery, financial tracking, and internal reporting. You will gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment while contributing to key departmental goals.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Project Managers to provide daily administrative coordination and operational support.
- Compile, format, and prepare monthly and quarterly reports, presentation decks, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to track project financials, calculate figures, and maintain budget tables.
- Liaise with team members and contractors to gather updates and ensure smooth workflow execution.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a post-secondary program in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and Microsoft Excel, specifically for building tables, using formulas, and data manipulation.
- A self-starter mindset with the initiative to drive tasks forward independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience or coursework in project management, business analysis, or financial reporting is preferred.
- Experience working in a professional, hybrid office setting is preferred.

- Work Modality: Hybrid (2-3 days in office).
- Duration: January 11, 2027 to April 30, 2027.
