About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the Client Services organization at Tixr. Interns will gain exposure to how a live ticketing platform operates through mentorship and participation in real-world projects. You will work across various functions, including client relationship management, technical implementation, and product education.
What you'll do#
- Shadow Client Experience Managers on client calls to observe relationship management.
- Support event builds on the platform to develop quality control instincts.
- Help document common client questions, edge cases, and solutions to build internal knowledge.
- Assist in developing internal product certification content.
- Help produce client-facing resources such as one-sheeters and reference guides.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate status.
- Fluency in AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, or Claude).
- Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity.
- Strong, clear communication skills.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Computer Science.
