About the role#
This is a general internship program designed for graduate students who want to solve complex problems at the intersection of live events, technology, and culture. We tailor projects to the specific strengths and interests of the interns we hire. You will have the opportunity to choose a primary track from Biz Ops, Sales Strategy and Operations, or Product Management. This role offers the chance to take on ownership of ambiguous projects and turn them into actionable momentum.
What you'll do#
- Diagnose business problems, frame options, and recommend paths forward.
- Design growth experiments and analyze results across funnels, cohorts, and attribution.
- Build operating rhythms, dashboards, and lightweight systems to help teams scale.
- Leverage AI tooling to automate workflows, create leverage, and increase output quality.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA, Master’s, or graduate program (or recent graduate).
- Ability to structure complex problems and collaborate effectively across functions.
- Fluency in AI tools and modern experimentation workflows.
- Comfort moving quickly in an environment that requires shipping practical work.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Data Science, Marketing, or Communications.
Location & details#
- Location: Hybrid, with a preference for candidates able to work on-site at the Santa Monica, California headquarters.
- Duration: Part-time internship lasting 11 to 12 weeks, with the potential to extend.
- Status: Paid, rolling term, no sponsorship provided.
