About the role#
Tixr is seeking graduate interns to help solve complex problems at the intersection of live events, technology, and culture. This is a general internship program where projects are tailored to the individual. Interns will take on ownership of ambiguous problem spaces and are expected to form points of view, test them, and iterate toward impact. Candidates may choose a primary track of interest, including Business Operations, Sales Strategy and Operations, or Product Management.
What you'll do#
- Diagnose business problems, frame options, and recommend paths forward.
- Design growth experiments and analyze results such as funnels, cohorts, and attribution.
- Build operating rhythms, dashboards, or lightweight systems to help scale teams.
- Leverage AI tooling to automate workflows, create leverage, or increase output quality.
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA, Master’s, or other graduate program.
- Ability to structure complex problems and communicate clearly.
- Fluency in AI tools and modern experimentation workflows.
- Comfort moving fast and collaborating across functions.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Data Science, Marketing, or Communications.
Location & details#
- Location: Hybrid, with a preference for being on-site at the Santa Monica, California headquarters.
- Duration: Part-time internship lasting 11 to 12 weeks, with the potential to extend.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
