About the role#
As a Water Engineering Co-op, you will join our Water Business Line in Worcester, Massachusetts. You will work alongside industry experts on infrastructure projects that support drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. This role includes opportunities to assist with planning, design, and construction administration for treatment plants, pump stations, and conveyance systems.
What you'll do#
- Support project teams with data collection, analysis, and documentation.
- Perform engineering calculations to support ongoing projects.
- Assist staff with study, design, and construction tasks or field assignments.
- Participate in company-wide Intern Day activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s program for Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of completed college-level coursework.
- Previous internship experience in engineering, design, or consulting.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to solve engineering problems.
- Flexibility, a positive attitude, and open-mindedness.
- Hands-on experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or SolidWorks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, or PowerPoint.

- Compensation: Paid position ($21.00 - $29.00 per hour).
