About the role#
University School is looking for a reliable student to join our front office team. This is a service-oriented position that supports our Early Childhood through 8th-grade school operations. You will manage daily administrative tasks while interacting with families and teaching staff. This role requires a strong desire to work with children and the ability to keep our front desk running smoothly.
What you'll do#
- Greet visitors and handle incoming phone calls.
- Manage mail, packages, and office filing.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Perform data entry and photocopying.
- Supervise students during transitions and the extended day program.
- Help prepare for and run school events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience with office equipment and procedures.
- It is helpful if you have previous experience working with children, in a customer service role, or with office management software.

- Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma.
- Work modality: On-site.
- This is a part-time, paid position with rolling terms.
- You must be able to work flexible hours.
- The role may require standing for extended periods and lifting light office supplies.
