About the role#
The University of Tulsa is hiring a Student - MarCom. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role is open on a rolling basis for students pursuing degrees in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or Media Studies.
What you'll do#
You will support the marketing and communications team by managing digital content and visual assets. Your daily tasks include:
- Creating, scheduling, and publishing content for social media platforms.
- Monitoring engagement and responding to audience comments.
- Tracking and analyzing performance metrics for social media, email, and web campaigns.
- Photographing campus events, student life, and academic activities.
- Planning and executing photo shoots with the marketing team.
- Editing and organizing photos for brochures, websites, and social media.
- Maintaining an organized digital media library.
What you'll need#
- Experience with photography and visual content creation.
- Ability to capture live content during university events.
- Knowledge of current social media, email, and web trends.
- Skill in organizing digital media libraries with proper file management.
