About the role#
The Campus Services Student Employee is a flexible position that supports various departments across The University of Tulsa. You will work across different locations, including the Allen Chapman Student Union, the Mail Room, the Esports Lounge, and the Collins Fitness Center. This role requires you to adapt to changing operational needs and switch between tasks as required.
What you'll do#
- Assist with event setup, teardown, and guest direction.
- Receive, sort, organize, and distribute mail and packages.
- Support game-day operations and guest direction.
- Provide front-desk coverage at the Esports Lounge.
- Assist with facility operations at the Collins Fitness Center.
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, signage, and other event equipment.
- Provide professional service to students, faculty, staff, and guests.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at The University of Tulsa.
- Dependability and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
- Ability to perform physical tasks like moving tables, chairs, and packages.
- Must obtain CPR/AED certification, which the University will coordinate.
