About the role#
The CRM Business Analyst Intern will support our team by defining requirements, writing development specifications, and testing solutions. You will handle repeatable processes in Salesforce, such as user setup, configurations, flows, and data analytics. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Bloomington, Minnesota.
What you'll do#
- Attend daily team stand-ups and weekly meetings to provide progress updates.
- Manage service requests in our ITIL system, including keeping them updated with documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to remove technical debt and obsolete design elements.
- Reach out to colleagues when you need help or guidance.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Data Science, preferably having completed junior-level coursework.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and the ability to stay organized.
- A strong desire to learn and communicate effectively within a team.
- Understanding of business processes and data analytics related to CRM systems.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and administrative tasks is preferred.

- Location: Bloomington, MN (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027).
- Employment: Full-time internship.
