About the role#
As a Sales Intern in Phoenix, you will support our local sales team with daily operations, market research, and account management. This role provides direct exposure to the utility, rail, municipal, and lifting equipment markets. You will see how sales, operations, and service teams work together to meet customer needs.
What you'll do#
- Assist with prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintain sales pipelines, opportunity trackers, and customer records.
- Prepare and coordinate customer quotes and sales materials.
- Track customer needs and assist with follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Communicate with customers, sales professionals, and branch leadership.
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to support customer requirements.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and take on additional projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program for Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Interest in sales, business development, and the equipment industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to organize information, manage multiple priorities, and pay close attention to detail.
- Capacity to work both independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated work ethic, initiative, and leadership potential.

- Location: Phoenix, Arizona.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Modality: On-site.
