About the role#
The Heritage Group is looking for an intern to join the People + Enablement Team. You will support the Learning and Development Manager, Specialists, and the LMS Administrator. This role offers hands-on experience in training practices, talent management strategy, and leadership development. You will help create a positive learning culture while gaining exposure to corporate functions.
What you'll do#
- Assist with facilitating on-site and virtual professional development sessions, including handling participant materials, room reservations, and catering.
- Help identify, design, update, and deliver learning initiatives related to business development, project management, and leadership.
- Support the design and development of digital learning content, such as eLearning modules, guides, and job aids.
- Perform content reviews and quality checks to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Support the LMS Administrator with management and reporting tasks.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to observe and learn internal processes.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior or Senior status pursuing a degree in Psychology, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing or Social Media.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a creative mindset for problem-solving.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual environment.
