About the role#
The Finance Leadership Development Program internship is a 10-week experience designed to build your leadership and functional skills. You will work within the Finance organization to gain experience in corporate financial operations.
What you'll do#
- Build skills in financial planning and analysis.
- Handle management and financial reporting tasks.
- Contribute to investment accounting and analysis.
- Participate in a capstone team project to research and present findings.
- Engage in formal learning, volunteer opportunities, and networking events.
What you'll need#
- Expected graduation prior to August 2027 with a bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Insurance Risk, or Business Analytics.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher at graduation.
- A record of high achievement, analytical thinking, initiative, and process improvement.
- Strong communication skills, team experience, and change agility.
- Coursework in data analytics and financial modeling is a plus.
- Leadership experience outside of the classroom.
