About the role#
We are seeking an accounting intern to support our finance team in New York. This role focuses on property reporting, corporate accounting, and accounts payable processes. You will work directly with our property accountants and the accounts payable team to gain experience in full-cycle real estate accounting.
What you'll do#
- Help property accountants with financial reporting tasks.
- Prepare account reconciliations.
- Support the corporate accounts payable function.
- Assist the Accounting Manager and Director of Finance with ad hoc projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program for accounting or finance.
- A genuine interest in multifamily real estate operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail.

- Location: New York, New York.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Summer 2026 (17 weeks starting in early September 2026).
- Compensation: $28 per hour.
- Status: Part-time, paid internship.
