About the role#
As a Compliance Intern, you will support the enterprise-wide oversight of our subsidiaries and business areas. You will work on identifying and evaluating compliance risks while monitoring adherence to internal policies and global regulations. This internship offers exposure to how financial markets operate through team-based projects, mentorship, and professional development training.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the identification and evaluation of compliance risks related to global requirements.
- Support monitoring activities for policies, procedures, employee trading, AML, and global sanctions.
- Conduct research and prepare management reports to assist with decision-making.
- Maintain department records and keep compliance documentation organized.
- Contribute to priority projects identified by Compliance management.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor degree in Political Science, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Expected graduation in Spring 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Authorization to work permanently in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

- Work Modality: Hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
