SAI Support Intern

About the role#

The SAI Support Intern serves as a tier-2 support agent for products and applications used by Seminaries & Institutes globally. This role involves managing support inquiries through tickets, email, chat, phone, and community forum moderation. This is a paid, full-time internship opportunity.

What you'll do#

• Provide support to users via email, chat, support software, and virtual meetings.
• Act as a key player in the software development process by gathering user feedback and documenting bugs.
• Communicate effectively with field users, product managers, and software developers to ensure clear understanding of technical issues.
• Collaborate with product managers to report bugs and suggest product improvements.
• Create, review, and maintain support content for the S&I Support website.
• Learn to navigate Seminary & Institute software and internal work-tracking systems.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a college or university, or graduation within the past year.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to assist end users and document feature requests.
• Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
• High level of organization, self-motivation, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Applicants must be members of the Church who are worthy of a temple recommend.

Location & details#

• This position is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
• The role offers a 100% remote work modality, with strong encouragement to work from the office one day per week. Remote schedules are reviewed and approved individually after hiring.
