About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Greensboro, North Carolina. You will work on-site as part of our operations team, gaining hands-on experience during the project planning or construction phases of our commercial projects.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative and technical support to the project team.
- Assist with document control, including RFIs, submittals, cost tracking, and schedule updates.
- Help the Project Manager identify necessary inspections, create inspection logs, and coordinate with inspectors.
- Assist Superintendents with daily reporting and managing progress photos.
- Model safety awareness and support logistics for site-specific safety initiatives.
- Summarize discussions and decisions from project, owner, and subcontractor meetings.
- Review specification books to ensure project quality and compliance.
- Update contract drawings to reflect approved changes.
What you'll need#
- Active full-time student status as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
