About the role#
The Sales & Management Intern position focuses on creating an enjoyable shopping experience for guests while learning the fundamentals of retail business and management. You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop leadership skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of store operations, merchandising, and sales strategy.
What you'll do#
- Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service throughout the store.
- Achieve personal sales-per-hour goals set by store management.
- Manage a specific product category by setting sales goals, educating teammates, and tracking results.
- Perform operational tasks including cashiering, processing transactions, and maintaining store presentation.
- Handle merchandise, including freight, displays, and price markdowns.
- Complete management training modules, including orientation, leadership development, and recruiting.
- Provide weekly progress reports to the Area and District Managers.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
- No prior experience or training is required.
- A strong interest in a long-term commitment with the company.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs throughout the store and backroom.

- Location: Hurst, Texas.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
- This role is on-site and does not offer visa sponsorship.
