About the role#
The Sales and Management Intern works closely with the Store Manager to learn the retail business and develop management skills. Your primary mission is to create a positive shopping experience for guests while gaining hands-on experience in sales, merchandising, and store operations.
What you'll do#
- Perform daily sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, including cashiering, processing merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Complete specific sections of the Buckle Management Manual, covering Teammate Orientation, Beginning Leadership, and Recruiting, Interviewing, and Hiring.
- Manage a specific product category by setting sales goals, educating teammates, and tracking progress.
- Lead and motivate the team by tracking performance metrics through the company Performance Tracker.
- Provide weekly reports and progress updates to the Area Manager and District Manager.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Interest in a long-term commitment with the company.
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs throughout the store and backroom.

- Location: Greeley, Colorado.
- This is a full-time, on-site internship.
- This position is paid, with a base rate plus commission.
